Ora Lassila and James Hendler, who already six years ago co-authored with Tim Berners-Lee the foundational article “The Semantic Web – A New Form of Web Content That is Meaningful to Computers Will Unleash a Revolution of New Possibilities”, wrote kind of a follow-up, commenting on the use of the term “Web 3.0”.
